穴あけと表裏の面取りが同時に行なえるツールです。
ドリルにCXドリルの機構を組み込んであります。

穴あけと同時に面取りを行なうために、ドリルのシャンク部分にCXドリルのチップを取り付けました。
通常のドリルのように穴あけを行ない、そこから回転させたままX-DRILLを送っていくと入口側の面取りが行なわれます。
さらに面取りチップが完全に抜ける位置まで送り、そのまま戻していくと出口側の面取りを行ないます。
For chamfering at the same time as drilling by attaching a CX drill tip to the shank of the drill.
A hole is drilled like a normal drill, and the entrance side is chamfered by feeding the X-DRILL while rotating it.
Then, send the chamfering tip to the position where it is completely removed, and then return it to perform chamfering on the exit side.
ドリルチップと面取りチップはいずれも材質は超硬で、それぞれが交換式となっています。
ドリルチップはクランプスクリューを、面取りチップはキャップを外すだけで交換が出来ます。
Both the drill tip and the chamfering tip are made of carbide and are replaceable.
The drill tip can be replaced by simply removing the clamp screw, and the chamfering tip can be replaced by simply removing the cap.
