In the deburring process, KREUZ produce not only deburring machine but also tools. Machine is only means because we think tooling is most important thing for ideal deburring solution.

KREUZ builds idea of TOOL ENGINEERED " originally and utilizes it as technique to find a most suitable deburring method of construction

We introduced CNC tool grinder comprising the three-dimensional simulation function from Australian Company , ANCA in autumn, 2001 and purchased another one for increase in production in spring, 2006. this is for developing the most suitable tools by ourselves to removing every type burr. We produce original tools, for example, the milling cutter or N-file. Milling cutter can deburr while turning. N file can able to deburr by coming and going movement.

And we have also original designed special tools or The special blade which was specialized in deburring. Multi-blade tool has two type of blade. this is able to shorten the process time of deburring.

KREUZ’s deburring is similar to shave a mustache by a hand of a superior craftsman. we never injure skin, and, however, only a mustache removes it surely, properly and softly.

This is a KREUZ’s floating which move look like human hand.

This device connecting Roborouter(KREUZ MACHINE) and tools softens a shock like a cushion and maintains stable push power. This does translation in all courses and catch the curve that no matter how is complicated with constant posture and removes only burrs surely.
