RBR-D5mini

This is processing machine of Desk Top size equipped with five axis roborouters.

RBR-D5H

"KREUZ Roborouter" moves in the three dimensions like "the hand of the person" freely.
RBR-D5H、5the axis roborouter is equipped with substantial peripheral devices such as ATC, a slide table, a positioner. Therefore, regardless of shape or materials, It can remove the burr of various work piece.
Besides, by a high output spindle motor, we enable to process precisely and much earlier than a process by human.
If you put the work piece on the RBR-D5H ,it complete all deburring process drastically. It may be said that this machine is the best partner improving the deburring environment of our customer.

RBR-D5J

It has a hand, and do gate cutting by material handling method.
if it exchange to high output spindle motor by ATC, It perform deburring, Milling machine processing, the perforator in the flow. If you put the huge work piece such as diesel engine of track on the RBR-D5J, this machine can complete the all deburring process for you.

RBR-M5M

There was no same condition burrs which occurred after manufacturing like secondary burr. So it is thought the removal of secondary burr is too difficult by machine process.　　
KREUZ developed the RBR-M5M which has turret head and multi -blade tool. This machine succeeded in gathering plural processes / methods of construction to one of them. Furthermore, I catch burr by the three-dimensional movement of five axis Robo routers precisely and remove it automatically.
It is epoch-making deburring machine which can processe magnesium parts or an aluminum escalope molding part not to mention deburring after the machining.
